BioDuro is seeking a Business Development professional to support sales growth and client engagement within the CRDMO and pharmaceutical industry. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client communications, supporting contract negotiations, and coordinating business events and client visits. Candidates should have 3–5 years of business development experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or CRDMO sector, along with a background in Organic Chemistry or Biology. Frequent travel within China is required.
BioDuro is seeking an Associate Director of Discovery Biology to lead a high-performing in vitro biology team supporting drug discovery programs. The role focuses on managing biochemical and cellular screening assays, overseeing assay development and validation, ensuring high-quality project delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships. Candidates should have deep expertise in high-throughput screening (HTS), assay troubleshooting, and CRO operations, along with proven leadership experience managing scientific teams in a regulated environment. A PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Cellular Biology, or a related field is required, along with extensive industry experience and strong English communication skills.
BioDuro is seeking a Senior Scientist to support small molecule drug discovery and synthetic chemistry projects. The role involves designing efficient synthetic routes using literature research, SciFinder/Reaxys, and AI-assisted design tools, while troubleshooting and optimizing multi-step organic synthesis workflows. Candidates will lead and manage a team of chemists, oversee high-quality compound delivery, and split responsibilities between hands-on laboratory work and team management. A PhD in Organic Chemistry or a related field is required, along with strong expertise in synthetic chemistry, reaction mechanisms, and scientific communication in English.
BioDuro is seeking an Associate Director of Chemistry to lead medicinal and synthetic chemistry teams supporting drug discovery programs. The role focuses on managing research projects, mentoring scientific teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring high-quality, on-time project delivery. Candidates should have extensive experience in medicinal chemistry, drug discovery, and team leadership, along with a strong record of patents and scientific publications. Experience with structure-based drug design and oligonucleotide chemistry is considered a plus. The position also involves business development support, cross-functional collaboration, and active participation in company leadership and culture initiatives.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Carry out regular outreach, cultivate relationships, manage accounts, and secure opportunities for selling our drug discovery stand alone and integrated services in Chemistry, Biology, DMPK, Oncology and Pharmacology.
- Responsible for Revenue generation, development and management of strategic partnerships.
- Execute business development initiatives that are consistent with the company’s overall strategy
- Respond to Requests for Proposals with urgency.
- Confidently negotiate and close discovery and development deals.
- Interact with members of the management and operations team to secure new business
- Maintain accurate and accessible tailored documentation i.e. presentations / proposals / agreements/ updates
- Assist in the generation of Fee for Service Proposals / FTE Contracts / Agreements, Client Service Agreements etc.
- Interact with members of the management team to ensure proposals / contracts are consistent with execution plans.
- Update SFDC databases to include opportunities, proposals issued, approved projects, BD activities, and other tracking indexes.
- Present tailored presentations to existing and potential clients.
- Ability to manage client expectations and meet both client and internal commitments,
- Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, video call and presentation
- Conduct on-going market research and maintain a detailed understanding of the potential client base across all service areas
- Integrate with colleagues in the sales team, contribute to the work ethic, culture, and values.
- Be customer’s internal champion.
- Work closely with BDA team for lead generation and appointment setting
- Represent BioDuro at industry events and tradeshows with professional manner and polished appearance to gain new business leads and contacts

- Knowledge of pharmaceutical and drug discovery industry including drug discovery and development of drug candidate and substance, biology, DMPK and Pharmacology.
