We adhere the business ethics of legal compliance, integrity and self-discipline, and strictly comply with laws and regulations related to corporate governance and the Corporate Governance Code, and have zero tolerance for any form of corruption. We have built a strong security infrastructure that protects and preserves the intellectual property and data of our customers; We are implementing green manufacturing and sustainable operations across our business units, helping to improve the environment and our communities.

We are constantly strengthening the compliance management system while conducting business, setting up an internal audit department to regularly and irregularly supervise and inspect the company’s internal and external behaviors, to promote the company’s comprehensive compliance operation. We adhere the principle of honesty and integrity, integrate anti-bribery and anti-corruption requirements into the daily training of employees, and assess anti-corruption training courses to enhance employees' compliance awareness.

Integral to the competitiveness of our customers – is their unique intellectual property (IP). As a pure R&D contract outsourcing solution provider, BioDuro does not have any conflicts with customers' interests (such as independently researching and developing drugs or cooperating with other third parties, etc.). We always prioritize the protection of intellectual property rights, which is the cornerstone of our cooperation with customers. Through a comprehensive IP management system and personnel management system, we effectively implement this requirement into each of our projects.

We guarantee that all IP developed as a service by our chemists under a client CDA or MSA is the property of the client. We will regularly arrange extensive training on IP protection, international IP laws, and security. Employees ensure confidentiality beyond the employment contract. Client IP is protected by national law and company agreements.

As of 2021, we have received regulatory approvals from agencies in the United States, the European Union and China. We have received on-site quality audits of many global Top pharmaceutical companies, all of which passed smoothly.
