Jafar leads BioDuro’s business development strategy and commercial growth across Europe, the UK, Israel, and the Middle East. With more than 20 years of experience in the life sciences industry, he has established and expanded strategic partnerships with leading pharma and biotechnology companies, supporting programs spanning drug discovery, development, and manufacturing. Prior to joining BioDuro, Jafar held positions of increasing responsibility at Aragen (formerly GVK BIO), progressing from laboratory scientist and project management roles to senior business development leadership across European and Asia-Pacific markets. Throughout his career, he has built a strong track record of helping biopharma organizations accelerate innovation through integrated R&D and outsourcing partnerships. Jafar holds a Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry from Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), India.
