Dr. Hao Zhang serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at BioDuro, taking full responsibility for the management of the operations team. Hao brings over 20 years of senior scientific and operational leadership experience in the life science and pharmaceutical services industry. He has a proven track record of establishing comprehensive discovery chemistry service platforms, building and leading high-performing teams, fostering strong multidisciplinary collaborations, and developing client-focused operational strategies that drive success. He played a critical role in advancing numerous drug discovery programs to the preclinical candidate stage, implementing operational excellence initiatives, and establishing completed lab safety and data integrity compliance systems. Hao holds a PhD in Chemistry from East China University of Science and Technology.
