Yaohui JiPresident, CMC
Yaohui Ji joined BioDuro as President, CMC in October 2025. He brings nearly 20 years of pharmaceutical industry experience from roles at Roche, Novartis, and WuXi STA, with expertise covering the full drug development chain across Big Pharma and leading CDMOs. Previously, as Senior Vice President & General Manager of the Global Small-Molecule CDMO Business at Porton Pharma Solutions, he was responsible for a USD 300 million business with 1,500 staff across the U.S., Europe, and China. He led the division's three-year strategic plan, achieving a CAGR of over 50%. He also previously led Porton's transformation from a CMO to a full-service CDMO, driving over 30% CAGR and establishing a 100-person technology platform from scratch.
