Since 2006, BioDuro has been building in vitro ADME and PK study capabilities to support internal integrated medicinal chemistry programs and to provide a platform for external clients for early drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics (DMPK) screening. More than two-thirds of the team have postgraduate degrees and 15 percent have international training and/or experience.
We have established and validated a panel of in vitro assays, and provide services for international pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. We offer a variety of services, including:
In vitro ADME
- Physicochemical properties
- Solubility
- LogD
- Chemical stability
- Plasma stability
- Plasma protein binding
- In vitro drug metabolism
- Liver microsome/hepatocyte stability
- CYP phenotyping
- Metabolite ID (Phase I and II)
- Permeability
- Drug-drug interaction
PK Studies
- Small molecules and biologics
- Various routes of administration
- Crossover or noncrossover
- Multiple cannulation procedures
- Distribution in tissues
- Metabolite identification
- Bioanalytical method development, formulation development and bioanalysis
