Reward is an integral part of staff motivation in any company. At BioDuro, we believe reward comes from different perspectives: compensation and benefits, work environment, culture, career advancement, self actualization and opportunity to grow and excel. Current incentives at BioDuro designed to reward our employees are listed below. The company will financially reward the staff who performs the job accountabilities superbly, meets individual objectives and demonstrates positive behavior consistently. The degree of reward is depends on the market pay level and overall performance of the company. The “Touch BioDuro” Awards are given to acknowledge those whose contribution to their department has not gone unnoticed and whose efforts have ‘touched’ BioDuro greatly. In 2008, five individuals from across our BioDuro family were presented their awards at the annual company New Year gathering. We also have created the opportunity to reward our top scientists by giving them a chance to get international training in the US through our Star Scientist Progarm. |
