The Star Scientist program awards once a year the top 1 percent of BioDuro scientists for demonstrating the most significant contributions and/or scientific achievements within the company. The program provides opportunities for scientists to interact with staff at world-class research facilities and to learn about modern drug discovery and multinational culture.
Star Scientist award includes:
- A week-long trip to the United States, including some recreational activities
- Visits to world-renowned research institutions and universities
- Participation in an international scientific conference, if available
- Visit to a client facility to learn about modern drug discovery processes
