BioDuro Learning Institute
In early 2009, BioDuro launched the BioDuro Learning Institute (BLI) to advance our employees’ skills.
We believe in the personal development of our staff and investing in our employees. In the first three months of the initiative, the BLI provided more than 100 hours of staff training, equating to more than 2,000 staff-hours.
The goals of the initiative are：
- To provide learning opportunities to all BioDuro employees
- To provide management skills training
- To provide practical training to employees in R&D
- To provide career development opportunities to both the presenters and attendees
- To provide training as a long-term benefit for BioDuro employees
- To improve productivity
- To help strengthen BioDuro as a world-class research organization in drug discovery
The BioDuro Learning Institute covers training in five categories:
- Management skills
- R&D
- Mandatory training
- Environmental health and safety (EHS)
- English
Training is provided by professional instructors from prestigious institutions as well as our own senior management staff.
